We will be deleting the Customer Support Delivery Desk.
Going forward any DNU case where an OJT advisor needs to take BPR or any L-1 advisor is unable to take BPR, all these cases need to be marked and assigned to the respective L-2 teams.
L-2 advisor will attempt to take the BPR from the buyer & seller and will proceed as per the current ongoing process.
