2. You can ship packages weighing up to 15 kg. Also, we are planning to expand to cover PAN India pincodes in coming weeks.

L1 will assign the case to karuna for CB, quick support advisor will connect with seller, handle the case as BAU and assign the case to Dipu ( either FCR or NFCR as per SOP)
