Check First schedule date(FSD)
If FSD not breached, inform seller that shipment will be picked up on scheduled date and create NFCR ticket.
If FSD breached, check exception reason,
If exception reason is available, share reason with seller.
If no exception reason or no attempt history available, apologize for the issue and suggest seller to wait for team help.
Create N-FCR ticket and confirm who will handover the shipment?
If shipper will handover, Input the shipper number in the ticket.
Inform seller “I have created a ticket for this issue and you will receive a confirmation message.”
If ticket creation time is before 11 am, assure seller for same day pickup attempt
If ticket creation time is after 11 am “We will try to make a same-day attempt; however, since the escalation was raised after 1 PM, there is a high chance the attempt will be made tomorrow.”
