Pickup error appears due to pincode not being serviceable by selected courier or Pickup or delivery address contains special characters. (e.g., , @, #, $, %, ^, &):

• 1. Reassign to another courier.

  2. Remove the special characters from the address.

  3. Cancel the shipment and create a new shipment.

Pickup Queued: Suggest the seller to wait for 4-6 working hours to get a pickup scheduled or reassign the shipment.
