Adding Crop Certificates & Crop Inspection Reports
CROP CERTIFICATES & INSPECTION REPORTS are added from the seed crop details screen.
To access the SEED CROP FIELD DETAILS screen: Go to the TRACEABILITY menu → SEED CROP FIELDS screen → VIEW SEED CROP FIELD DETAILS

Adding Crop Certificates to a Seed Crop Record
Click the tab for the seed crop record to which you want to add a crop certificate, click Add Certificate.
The Add/Edit Crop Certificate screen will appear where you can enter the details about the crop certificate.
Fields appearing in pink are mandatory, and must be entered.
Crop Certificate Number: Enter the crop certificate number.
Date Issued: Enter the date the crop certificate was issued.
To complete the crop certificate creation, click Save.
The crop certificate will now appear under the Certificate section of the seed crop record.
You can also attach a copy of the crop certificate to the crop certificate record.
Click Attachments on the crop certificate to which you want to add the attachment.
Click Add.
Click the Choose File button.
Select a file from your device, click Attach.
That file will stay with the crop certificate and is available to be viewed by clicking the attachments button.
Adding inspection reports to a seed crop record
Click the tab for the seed crop record you want to add an inspection to, click Add Inspection.
The Add/Edit Seed Crop Inspection Report screen will appear where you can enter the details about the crop inspection.
Fields appearing in pink are mandatory, and must be entered.
Inspection Date: Enter the date of inspection.
Sequence No: Enter the sequence number from the crop inspection
To complete, click Save.
The crop inspection report will now appear under the Inspections section of the seed crop record.
You can also attach a copy of the inspection report to the inspection record.
Click Attachments on the inspection you want to add the attachment to.
Click Add.
Click the Choose File button.
Select a file from your device, click Attach.
That file will stay with the inspection and is available to be viewed by clicking the attachments button.
