Adding Seed Crop Fields
To access the SEED CROP FIELDS screen: Go to the TRACEABILITY menu → SEED CROP FIELDS screen

Click Add Seed Crop Field.
The Add/Edit Seed Crop Field screen will appear where you can enter the details about the new seed crop field.
Fields appearing in pink are mandatory, and must be entered.
Field ID: Enter the ID/name of the field.
Field Location: Enter a description for the field.
DLS Information: Enter the DLS information, it will be used for "Bulk Application for CSGA Seed Crop Certification".
Field Centre GPS Location: Enter the latitude and longitude for the field centre or click the globe icon to choose a location on a map.
Field Entrance GPS Location: Enter the latitude and longitude for the field entrance or click the globe icon to choose a location on a map.
Acres: Enter the total acreage of the field.
Field Owner: Select the owner of the field from the drop down menu. In the menu is your company as well as customers in your account set as growers.
Active: This checkbox specifies if the seed crop field is active or not. By default it will be set to active.
To save the record, click Save.
The seed crop field will now appear in the list of seed crop fields.
