Add a New Lot Processing Record
To access the LOT PROCESSING screen: Go to the PRODUCTION menu → LOT PROCESSING screen
Lot processing is used to add/track the:
Transferring of Dirty inventory into a cleaning plant.
Transferring of Clean inventory from a cleaning plant into a storage location.
Transferring Screenings inventory from a cleaning plant into a screenings dump storage location.
PRE-REQUISITE: Before you can use Lot Processing, you must first ensure that you have a Storage Location set up for both a usage type of cleaning plant and screenings dump.
Click Add New Lot Processing Record.
Fields appearing in pink are mandatory, and must be entered.
Processing Date: Enter the processing date.
Cleaning Plant: Select your cleaning plant from the list of cleaning plant storage locations.
Note: Cleaning plants are set up on the Storage Locations page.
Inventory Lot: Select your inventory lot that you wish to process.
Comments: Enter any specific comments related to the process. Comments can be viewed in the Lot Processing details view.
To save the lot processing record, click Save. Once saved, you will be taken to the LOT PROCESSING DETAILS page for the processing record.
