To access the SEED VARIETIES screen: Go to the PRODUCT MASTER menu → SEED VARIETIES screen
Seed Varieties Summary:
The SEED VARIETIES screen is used to manage/set up your seed variety information.
A seed variety is required to set up a product.
PRE-REQUISITE: A crop type and a seed supplier must be created first in order to create a seed variety.

Screen Actions
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Add Seed Variety: Add a new seed variety.
Bulk Link Variety Registration Numbers: Seedtrakr will auto link any unlinked Seed Varieties to varieties in the CFIA Varieties list.
Refresh: Refresh list of seed varieties.
Toggle Filter: Search the list of seed varieties by name and status.
Item Actions
In the list of seed varieties you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
Edit Seed Variety: Edit the values on your seed variety item.
Share lots for the Variety with a Partner: Share multiple lots by variety.
Add/View File attachments: Attach files to this seed variety and view/download attached files.
Link to CFIA Variety: Link the variety to a CFIA variety that you have listed on your account.
View Changes: View a list of changes for the seed variety.
