Customers
To access the CUSTOMERS screen: Go to the SALES menu → CUSTOMERS screen
In the CUSTOMERS screen you can easily see all of your customer activity and transactions (bookings, pickups, invoices, payments) in one place. Generate and email customer documents. View and export accounts receivable summary and detail information.

Screen Actions
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Add Customer: Add a new customer.
Refresh List of Customers
Download:
Customer Status Report: Download a customer status report.
Customer Details: Download a report of all your customer details to excel.
Filtered Results Export: A report that downloads the contents (with filters applied) of the screen to excel in csv format.
Customer Details (Quickbooks): Download a list of your customer details to excel in a format that can be uploaded to quickbooks online.
Toggle Filter: Search a list of customers by name, contact and status.
Item Actions
In the list of Customers you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
View Customer Details: View the customer account details such as account balance, address, payment terms bookings and account transactions.
View Changes: View changes for the customer record.
View Account Statement: View the customer account statement in an HTML report or download to Excel.
Email Account Statement: Email the customer a copy of their account statement.
