Active/Inactive Seed Varieties
To access the SEED VARIETIES screen: Go to the PRODUCT MASTER menu → SEED VARIETIES screen
Setting a seed variety to inactive
Locate the Seed Variety that you would like to set to Inactive.
Click Edit Seed Variety.
Locate the Active field.
Click on the checkmark (checkmark will be removed).
Click Save.
The Seed Variety is now removed from the Active Seed Variety listing.
Locating inactive seed varieties
From the row of Buttons found on the top, right side of the screen, click on the Toggle Filter Button.
In the Filter row (found just below the Seed Varieties heading), you will see an area which shows Is Active.
If there is a checkmark shown to the right of the Active field, remove it (as this will cause all active products to be displayed).
Return a seed variety to active
Locate the Inactive Seed Varieties which you would like to return to the Active Seed Variety status.
Click the Edit Seed Variety button.
In the Active field, click in the box, this will now display a checkmark.
Click Save.
