Managing Your Seed Listings

On the PRODUCTS page (Product Master → Products), click the Share Availability button beside the product you want to share on the Search for Seed Page.

The Share Availability dialog will appear.

Share Settings Tab

Here you can choose who you want to be able to see this product on the SEARCH FOR SEED page.

• Partners Only: Only companies that you are partners with on the Seedtrakr network will be able to see this product listing.

• Any Network Company: Any company on the Seedtrakr network will be able to see this product listing.

• MySeed: Any users on the MySeed app can view the product listing.

Once selected, more options about what to share about the product will be available.

• Allow Booking Requests: If selected, companies will be allowed to send you booking requests for the product.

• Share Quantity Available: If selected, the quantity that you have available of the selected product will be visible to companies who can see this product on the search for seed page.

• Share Price: If selected, the price (SRP) on the product will be visible to companies who can see this product on the Search for Seed page.

• Additional Info: Here you can enter any additional info or comments about the product that you want other companies to be able to see with the product on the Search for Seed page.

Shared Attachments Tab

Here you can choose which file attachments on the product that you want users to be able to be able to see on the SEARCH FOR SEED page.

Click Share/Hide Attachment to hide or make the attachment visible to anyone who can see the product.

Click Save to save the sharing settings for the product.

Products that are shared on the SEARCH FOR SEED page can easily be identified in your product list by the green share icon.

Products that are not shared will have the default blue colored share icon.

To view your seed listings, click the My Listings button in the top right corner.

Your company page will appear and all product listings that you have will be displayed.
