Treated Inventory

To access the INVENTORY LOTS screen: Go to the INVENTORY menu → INVENTORY LOTS screen

You can track treatments on bulk or packaged inventory by applying treatment services to storage locations. When a treatment is added to inventory, it is associated with the storage location and will appear in the storage location’s screen, inventory lot details, and in the visual bin inventory.

Any treated inventory that is included in a pickup will also have its associated treatment services automatically applied to the booking.

Apply treatment to Inventory

Enter the Inventory Lot Details screen for the lot you want to apply treatment to inventory to, click View Lot Details.

Click More Action, select Purchase Inventory.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

Storage Location: Select the storage location to treat.
Select a Treatment to Add: Select the treatment service to apply to the chosen storage location.
Standard Application Rate (Litres per): This amount will automatically populate based on the standard application rate on the treatment service.
Application Multiple: Enter the application rate multipler.
Add to Treatment List: Click to apply the selected treatment to the chosen storage location. Once added, you can select another treatment to apply.

When complete, click Save.

Remove Treatment from Inventory

Enter the Inventory Lot Details screen for the lot you want to remove existing treatment from inventory to, click View Lot Details.

Click More Action, select Adjustment.

Select the storage location with the treatment you want to remove, then click Remove Treatment.

Click Save to remove all treatments.
