View/Invoice Licensed Variety Sales

Licensed Variety Sales Summary:
Licensed Variety Sales refers to sales data that is automatically replicated from a partner to a distributor when a sale of a licensed variety is made.
Sales data will only replicate when the following three conditions are met:
A sale is made from a lot by the partner.
The lot has been shared with a distributor.
The distributor has linked that lot to a contract.
The specific data replicated depends on the contract linked to the sold lot.
Always Replicated:
The partner who made the sale
Date of the sale
Variety sold
Pedigree of the variety sold
Quantity sold
Conditionally Replicated (Based on Contract Options):
Calculated royalty earned
"Sold To" customer name
Customer contact name
You can access this information in three locations, depending on the level of detail you need:
Licensed Variety Sales Screen: A comprehensive view of all licensed variety sales.
Licensed Variety Page (Licensed Variety Sales Tab): A filtered view showing all sales made for a particular variety.
Contract Page (Licensed Variety Sales Tab): A filtered view showing all sales made from lots associated with a specific contract.
To access the Licensed Variety Sales page: Go to the SALES menu → LICENSED VARIETY SALES

Screen Actions:
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Refresh: Refresh the list of licensed variety sales.
Toggle Filter: Filter the licensed variety sales by year, partner, variety, pedigree, sold to customer, and contact name.
The buttons in the top right of the table are used to:
Display Unit of Measure: Choose the unit of measure in which the sales are displayed.
Export Filtered Table: Click to export data from the table into a spreadsheet.
Item Actions:
In the list of licensed variety sales, you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
View Licensed Variety Contract: Click to be brought to the contract associated with this sale.
Invoice for Royalties: Click to invoice partner for royalties earned.
To access the Licensed Variety Sales page: Go to the SALES menu → LICENSED VARIETY → LICENSED VARIETY DETAILS PAGE
