Changing Subscription Types

To access the COMPANY SETTINGS screen:  Go to the ADMIN menu  →  COMPANY SETTINGS screen

Changing Subscription Types Summary:


NOTE:  Please review the subscription tier options and pricing on our website prior to changing your subscription.

To change your subscription type, click on the Subscription tab in your company settings. Then click the Change Subscription button.

The Change Subscription dialog will appear where you can choose the subscription that you would like to switch to. Choose it from the drop down list.


Once you've selected the new subscription, click Save.

If you chose a higher tier subscription, the changes will take effect immediately and you will have access to all the features in the new subscription. You will receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been changed.


Note: You may need to refresh your browser if you are not seeing the changes.

If you chose a lower tier subscription, a request will be sent to our support team to review your account to ensure that you will not loose access to any of your data that may be entered in features that are not available on the lower tier subscription. 

Someone will contact you shortly after the request is submitted to discuss and make the necessary changes to your subscription.
