Adding An Inventory Site

To access the INVENTORY SITES screen: Go to the INVENTORY menu → INVENTORY SITES screen

Click Add Inventory Site.

The Add/Edit Inventory Site screen will appear where you can enter the details about the new site.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

  1. Site Name: Enter the name of the site.

  2. Site Description: Enter a description of the site.

  3. Bin Mode: This is the size your bins will appear in the VBI. (How many bins will fit across the screen, the smaller the number the less bins will fit across).

  4. Show On VBI: Specify if you want to use this site in the VBI or not.

  5. VBI Order Sequence: Enter a number for the order this site should appear in on the VBI.

  6. Active: This checkbox specifies if the inventory site is active or not. By default it will be set to active.

To complete the site creation, click Save.

This site will now be available for selection to assign bins to.
