Adding Custom Seed Cleaning Services

To access the SERVICES screen: Go to the PRODUCT MASTER menu → SERVICES screen

Click Add Service.


The Service screen will appear where you can enter the details about the new custom seed cleaning service.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

  1. Name: Enter the name of the custom seed cleaning service.

  2. Description: Enter a description of the cleaning service.

  3. Active: This checkbox specifies if the service is active or not. By default it will be set to active.

  4. Service Type: Select CustomSeedCleaning from the drop down list.

  5. Crop Type: Select the crop type the cleaning service is for from the drop down list.

Note: Each crop type you provide cleaning services for will need to have it's own cleaning service set up.

  1. Unit of Measure: Select a unit of measure for the cleaning service. This is the unit of measure that will be used on your invoices for this service.

  2. Standard Price: Enter the standard retail price for the cleaning service (per unit of measure).

  3. GST Eligible: If selected, the cleaning service will have GST applied to it when sold.

  4. Sold By: Select which users have access to sell the service.

  5. External Sales Commission ($/): Enter a commission value for external sales users if they sell this service (if applicable).

To complete the service creation, click Save.

The service will now appear on the SERVICES page and is now available to be added to bookings.
