Adding Products, Services & Retail Products to Bookings (Mobile)

To add PRODUCTS & SERVICES: Go to the SALES menu → BOOKINGS screen
Navigate to the Bookings Screen

Expand the Sales menu, click Bookings.
Adding products/services/retail products to existing bookings
Adding products/services/retail products to existing bookings
On the Bookings page, select the customer whose booking you want to add to.
On the Customer Details page, select the booking you need to add a product, service or retail product to.
On the Booking Details page, you can:
View Comments made on the booking.
View Balances - booked, invoiced, and paid.
Add Products, Services, and Retail Products to the booking.
To add a Product to the booking, select Product then click +.
On the Add New Product Line to Booking page, enter the product details. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Product: Select from the list of products that will appear.
Inventory Lot: If there are multiple lots associated with the product select the lot to be booked.
Quantity Booked: Enter the quantity to be booked.
Comment: Enter any notes related to the booking.
External Comments: This comment appears on the booking confirmation for the customer to see.
Click Add, to save the product on the booking. The addition can be seen on the Booking Details page.
To add a Service to the booking, select Service then click +.
On the Add New Service Line to Booking page, enter the service details. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Service: Select from the list of services that will appear.
Quantity Booked: Enter the quantity to be booked.
Comment: Enter any notes related to the booking.
External Comments: This comment appears on the booking confirmation for the customer to see.
Click Add Service, to save the service on the booking. The addition can be seen on the Booking Details page.
To add a Retail Product to the booking, select Retail Product then click +.
On the Add New Retail Product to Booking page, enter the retail product details. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Retail Product: Select from the list of retail products that will appear.
Quantity Booked: Enter the quantity to be booked.
Comment: Enter any notes related to the booking.
External Comments: This comment appears on the booking confirmation for the customer to see.
Click Add, to save the retail product on the booking. The addition can be seen on the Booking Details page.
Delete products/services/retail products from existing bookings

Navigate to booking details.
Click the trash can icon to delete the product/service/retail product line item.
Delete products/services/retail products from existing bookings

Navigate to booking details.
Click the pencil icon to delete the product/service/retail product line item.
