To access the SEED CROP FIELDS screen: Go to the TRACEABILITY menu → SEED CROP FIELDS screen
NOTE: The Field and Seed Crop Record traceability is available with a subscription to the latest version of Seedtrakr only.Traceability Summary:
The TRACEABILITY features are used to set up & keep track of your fields & seed crop records. You can view seed crop records for every crop year on each of your fields.
Seed Crop Records are used to keep track of seed produced in your fields each year, you can have multiple seed crop records per crop year, per field.
Inventory lots can be created from seed crop records, these inventory lots allow you to record "Receiving from harvest" movements.
Screen Actions
The Buttons on the top right corner are used to:
Add Seed Crop Field: Add a new seed crop field.
Refresh: Refresh List of seed crop fields.
Field Location: View all seed crop fields on a map.
Toggle Filter: Search the list of fields by name, location, ownership and status.
Download: A report that downloads the pre-populated Bulk Application for CSGA Seed Crop Certification.
Export Filtered Table: A report that downloads the contents (with filters applied) of the screen to excel in csv format.
Item Actions
In the list of services you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
Edit Seed Crop Record: Edit information about the seed crop record.
View Seed Crop Field Details: View the details page for the seed crop record.
View Seed Crop Field Comments: View the log of comments on the selected seed crop field.
View Changes: View a list of changes for the seed crop field.
