Seedtrakr V6.0 (January 2025)

Distributor Tier - Licensed Varieties

Varieties can now be marked as licensed varieties, with the option to specify whether ownership is retained or not after shipping it to a partner through a sales contract.
You can now add Licensed Variety sales contracts and send them directly to your customers/partners.
Shipments to partners (who are Seedtrakr users) created from a licensed variety sales contract provide you full visibility into your inventory, including harvest lots, processing records, and sales added by the partner.
Our MySeed app can now be used as a platform for your customers/partners (who don't use Seedtrakr) to report their sown seed, harvested quantities, processing, and sold amounts of your licensed variety, with all data seamlessly synced back to your Seedtrakr account.
The Licensed Variety page has been added, and offers a comprehensive, at-a-glance view of all your licensed varieties and their associated contracts and sales, organized by year.

Admin

Users can now be granted access to multiple companies, enabling seamless switching between them. Reach out to us for more information or assistance with setup!
Multiple operators and graders can now be added to company settings and selected for grading reports or seed declarations.

Product master

Seed treatments now have accounting and inventory values can have associated with them.
An option has been added to mark crop types as vegetable seed.
Crop types marked as vegetable seed will now be able to use the new M unit of measure.

Inventory

SGS integration. Lab results can now be impored into Seedtrakr from SGS. and linked to your inventory lots. (Plus & Enterprise)

Sales

U.S. QuickBooks invoice exports have now been added.
Product-level bookings can now be switched to lot-level bookings, provided no inventory has been picked up.
Lots can now be switched on bookings if no inventory has been picked up.
Bulk Pedigreed Seed can now be returned as commercial inventory.

Other

Various bug fixes.
