Add an external sales user profile

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

Fill out the necessary details for the new user account.

1. Name: Enter the new user's name.

2. Email: Enter the user's email address that they will use to log into Seedtrakr.

3. Role: Select external_sales from the role list

NOTE:  The user role cannot be changed once set for an external sales account. Please ensure that you have the information entered correctly.

4. Switchable Companies: If there are switchable companies available to choose from, you can assign one here. 

5. Assign Customers (not a broker): Check this box if you want the new user to be able to be assigned to multiple customer accounts (not a broker), leave it unchecked if you want them to be a broker (single customer account).

NOTE:  See the difference between brokers and non broker external sales user accounts here.

6. Assign Customer tags: Customer tags can be used to assign multiple external sales users to a customer at once. Select the customer tag you would like to add the external sales user to. When this tag is assigned to a customer, all external sales users who have that tag will be automatically be given access to the customer.

7. Active: Leave this box checked if the user account is active, by default all new accounts are set to active.

When complete, click Save.  The user will then be sent an email with instructions on how to log into Seedtrakr.
