Invoicing with Quickbooks (Online) Integration
To access the QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION settings: Go to the ADMIN menu → COMPANY SETTINGS screen → QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION tab
Syncing Invoices to QuickBooks
QuickBooks Invoicing Summary
Invoices are synced from Seedtrakr to QuickBooks at the time they are generated. By default if your Seedtrakr account is connected to a QuickBooks online account the checkbox to sync invoices to QuickBooks will be selected at the time the invoice is generated.
If an invoice that was synced to QuickBooks is cancelled in Seedtrakr, the invoice will automatically be voided in QuickBooks.
The customer the invoice is for as well as all the products, services & retail products must have already been synced to QuickBooks in order for the invoice to successfully be synced.
PRE-REQUISITE: Ensure that the customer, products/retail products and services on the invoice have already been set up between Seedtrakr and QuickBooks.
When generating an invoice in Seedtrakr, you will see a Sync to QuickBooks checkbox. Leave this checked if you want the invoice to be synced.
NOTE: Currently invoices cannot be synced after they've been generated.
Click Yes to generate the invoice.
Check for the invoice in QuickBooks. It will have the same invoice # as the one generated in Seedtrakr does.
The invoice in QuickBooks shows the same products/services as the one in Seedtrakr.
NOTE: If an invoice in Seedtrakr that was synced to quickbooks is cancelled in Seedtrakr, the invoice will automatically be voided in QuickBooks.
