Active/Inactive Services
To access the SERVICES screen: Go to the PRODUCT MASTER menu → SERVICES screen
Setting a Service to Inactive
Locate the service you want to deactivate and click Edit Service.
Find the Active field, and click on the Checkmark.
The checkmark will be removed.
Click Save.
The Service is now removed from the active Service listing.
Locating Inactive Services
From the row of Buttons found on the top, right side of the screen, click Toggle Filter.
In the Filter row (found just below the Services heading), you will see an area which shows Is Active.
If there is a Checkmark shown to the right of the Active field, remove it (as this causes all active product records to be displayed).
Returning a Service to Active
Locate the Inactive Service record which you would like to return to an Active record status.
Click Edit Service.
In the Active field, click in the box, this will now display a checkmark.
Click Save.
The service will be returned to active status.
