To access the CUSTOMER DETAILS screen: Go to the SALES menu → CUSTOMERS screen → click CUSTOMER DETAILS on a single customer
Click More Actions, select Customer Tags.
A list of all available customer tags (setup in the company settings) will appear.
Note: If a tag has been assigned to external sales users. When this tag is assigned to a customer, all external sales users who have that tag will be automatically be given access to the customer.
Click the checkbox beside each one of the tags you'd like to assign to the customer.
Once all the necessary tags have been chosen, click Save to update the customer.
After saving, you will be returned to the Customer Details page where the selected tags will be displayed underneath the page title.
Note: Customer tags can be edited using the same process described above, modifying the selected tags and resaving.
Customers can be filtered by customer tag on the Customers screen.
Click Filter, open the filter options.
Click Tag dropdown and choose the tag you want to filter by.
Only customers that have the selected tag assigned to them will appear in the customers list.
