To access the VISUAL BIN INVENTORY screen: Go to the INVENTORY menu → VISUAL BIN INVENTORY screen
The VISUAL BIN INVENTORY screen was designed to provide you a view of your inventory in your storage locations in real time. You are able to create a customized bin map of storage locations for each Inventory Site. The inventory within the storage locations is refreshed after each inventory transaction.
PRE-REQUISITE: Before you can set up your Visual Bin Inventory, you must first add your Inventory Sites and Storage Locations.
Note: The storage location you want to add to the VBI must have a specified inventory site on it.

Screen Actions
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Inventory Site: Select the inventory site to view on the VBI.
Bins: Select from a list of bins to drag out onto your VBI bin map.
Refresh List of Bins.
Full Screen: Set your VBI bin map to full screen to see the entire map on your screen.
Start/Stop Timer: Set the timer to automatically scroll through each of your inventory sites every 15 seconds.
Show yard crop types: Display the crop types on the site & their respective colour indicators.
More Actions:
Inventory by Storage Location Report: View your Inventory by Storage Location report in PDF format.
Download Inventory by Storage Location in Excel: View your Inventory by Storage Location report in Excel.
Mode: Switch between edit & view mode. Edit mode allows you to move, add & remove bins to the VBI, view mode allows you to view inventory, perform inventory adjustments & update bin details.
