To add a BOOKING: Go to the SALES menu → BOOKINGS screen
Expand the Sales menu, click Bookings.
Tap the + button to add a new booking.
The Add New Booking screen will appear. Enter all information for the new booking. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Date Booked: Select the date of the booking.
Customer: Search for or select a customer from the customer list.
Pre-Payment Deadline: Check the checkbox if the booking has a prepayment deadline.
Pre-Payment Discount (%): Enter a discount % if the pre-payment deadline is met Note: This field will only appear if a pre-payment deadline has been set.
Consignee: Enter the name of the consignee (if different than the customer on the booking).
Comment: Enter any comments to be kept with the booking.
Override Conditions of Sale Comments: Enter any text in this section that will be used to override the default conditions of sale comments (set in your company settings).
Sales Person: Select the salesperson from a drop down of all the users within your company.
When all the required information has been filled out, click Add to finish.
Navigate to the booking details screen.
Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner, then click edit.
Edit any booking information and click save once you are done.
