To access the INVENTORY LOTS DETAILS screen: Go to the INVENTORY menu → INVENTORY LOTS screen
On the inventory lots screen, select the lot you would like to share, then click the View Lot Details button.
On the Inventory Lot Details screen, click the More Actions button.
Once expanded, click the Share Lot with Partner button
Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory and must be entered.
Partner Customer: Select the partner you are sharing this lot with.
Inventory Sharing: Select the type of inventory that will be shared.
TotalOnHand: Only the total on hand value will be shared; detailed information about whether the inventory is clean, dirty, or treated will not be shared.
CleanDirty: Treated inventory will not be shared with your partner.
CleanDirtyTreated: All inventory will be shared.
CleanOnly: Only the clean inventory will be shared with your partner.
CleanTreated: Dirty inventory will not be shared with your partner.
Transfer Ownership: Check this off if the lot is owned by your partner.
Share Storage Details Report: Select if you would like your partner to be able to download a report with detailed information of where the inventory is stored.
Share Lot Quality Information: Select if you would like quality information shared with your partner.
Share Lot Processing report: Select if you would like the lot processing report shared with your partner.
Share Seed Declaration: Select if you would like your partner to be able to download the pedigreed seed declaration for this lot.
Allow sharing of sales with: Select if you would like the partner to receive the sales you do from this lot.
Once completed, click Save, then Yes.
Go to Network → Requests to access all outstanding requests
Navigate to the Lot Share Requets Tab.
Here you will see all of your outstanding lot share requests. To see the status, view the status column.
To cancel a lot share request, click the X button in the actions column.
On the inventory lots screen, select the lot you would like to un-share, then click the View Lot Details button.
In inventory lot details, navigate to the partner sharing tab.
To edit a shared lot, click the edit icon in the Actions column. To un-share the lot, click the 'Stop Sharing Lot' icon.
To accept a lot share request, navigate to the Network tab -> Requests -> Lot Share Requests
To accept a lot share request, click the "✓" Accept Lot Share button.
Check the Product Match section. If the shared product matches one in your system, the product will be linked automatically. If not, you have two options:
Select a matching product to link to: Choose an existing product from your own inventory.
Copy from Sender: Create a new product using the sender's details.
If the sender has enabled sales tracking, you will have the option to Link to an Existing Contract. Select this to track and view all sales activity associated with this lot.
Important: You'll need to link the contract at this step. You will not be able to link this lot to a contract later.
Once completed, click save.
After saving the lot share requests, a new remote inventory lot will be created in your account.
