Editing a User Profile
To access the USER PROFILES screen: Go to the ADMIN menu → USER PROFILES screen.
To edit a new user profile for your company, click on the Edit User Profile button from the Screen Actions.
The User Account screen will appear where you can edit the details about the user account.
Fields appearing in pink are mandatory, and must be entered:
Name: The name of the user you're editing the profile for.
Email: The email address of the user you are editing.
Note: If you wish to change the email address on an existing user profile, please contact us at support@seedtrakr.com.
Role: The role this user will be fulfilling.
Note: A list of all user roles and the features they have access to can be found here.
Once a user account is set to the "External Sales" role, it cannot be changed to any other roles.
Active: This specifies if the user profile is active or not.
To finish editing the user, click Save.
