To access the LOT PROCESSING DETAILS screen: Go to the PRODUCTION menu → LOT PROCESSING → VIEW LOT PROCESSING DETAILS
Click the + to select the scale tickets you wish to use.
The option to add different Scale Tickets will appear.
Add Dirty Receiving Scale Ticket: Allows you to receive unclean inventory directly into the cleaning plant. (Inventory that does not already exist in Seedtrakr)
Add Dirty Transfer Scale Ticket: Allows you to transfer existing unclean inventory to the cleaning plant from a location within the inventory lot.
Choose which one you'd like to use and click on it.
Depending on the type of dirty scale ticket chosen, the scale ticket dialog may differ slightly.
The following is an example of a Dirty Receiving Scale Ticket.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory and must be entered.
Target Location: This is the cleaning plant that the dirty inventory will be going into. This will always be set to the cleaning plant on the processing record and cannot be changed.
Ticket #: Enter a number for the scale ticket.
Unit of Measure: Select kg or lb as the unit of measure to be displayed on the scale ticket.
Driver In?: Place a checkmark in the box if the driver was in the truck during weighing.
Inbound Weight: The weight of the product upon receiving into the cleaning plant.
Outbound Weight: The weight of the empty truck/container the seed was delivered to the cleaning plant in.
Tare: The weight of the empty truck/container. (Automatically Calculated)
Gross: The total weight of seed and truck/container together. (Automatically Calculated)
Net: The total weight of the product only. (Automatically Calculated)
Comments: Record any comments related to the scale ticket or shipment or lot.
Receive Against Purchase?: Select or not the seed should be applied against an existing purchase on the lot.
Unclean?: Check off the box if the lot is dirty. It will always default as clean.
Click Save to save the scale ticket. Repeat this process for all dirty scale tickets coming into the cleaning plant.
The scale ticket will then be visable on the details page and the net quantity of the ticket will be added to the Total Dirty quantity at the top of the page.
Click the + to select the scale tickets you wish to use.
The option to add different Scale Tickets will appear.
Add Clean Scale Ticket: Allows you to put clean inventory coming out of the cleaning plant directly into a bin.
Add Customer Pickup Clean Scale Ticket: Allows you to enter scale tickets for customers picking up their clean inventory directly from the cleaning plant.
Choose which one you'd like to use and click on it.
Depending on the type of clean scale ticket chosen, the scale ticket dialog may differ slightly.
The following is an example of a Clean Scale Ticket.

Click the + under Clean Totes to receive clean totes.
Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory and must be entered.
Lot #: This field is automatically populated with the appropriate Lot #.
Source Location: This is the location that the clean inventory is coming from, this will always default to the cleaning plant set on the processing record and cannot be changed.
Target Location: The location where the clean totes will go.
Quantity: Enter the quantity that has been cleaned.
Unit of Measure: This field is automatically populated based on the unit of measure of the source lot.
Comments: Enter any desired comments.
Tote Size: Size of the tote per unit of measure.
Tote Unit Of Measure: Enter the unit of measure for the totes.
Tote Count: How many totes do you want to be created.
NOTE: This field will automatically populate if a value is entered in the quantity section.
Tote Type: Select either Totes or QBits.
Click Save to save the scale ticket. Repeat this process for all clean totes leaving the cleaning plant.
The scale ticket will then be visable on the details page and the net quantity of the ticket will be added to the Total Clean quantity at the top of the page.

Add Screenings Dump Scale Ticket: Allows you to enter a scale ticket to show that the screenings were dumped and will not be used as commercial inventory.
Add Screenings to Commercial Scale Ticket: Allows you to enter a scale ticket to send processing screenings to a commercial inventory lot.
Add Customer Screenings Pickup Scale Ticket: Allows you to enter a scale ticket to show that the customer (owner of the inventory lot) picked up the screenings.
