Calendar View
To access the CALENDAR VIEW: Click the CALENDAR VIEW button
Calendar View Summary:
The CALENDAR VIEW is where you get a quick-at-a-glance view of the day-to-day tasks that occur in your operation.
Tasks that will appear on the Calendar View are Upcoming Pickups, Lot Processing, Shipment Orders, Expiring Quotes, Follow-up Engagements (CRM), and Work Orders.
When the date is set at the time each task is created, it will then appear in the Calendar View.
This can be seen through daily, weekly, or monthly views.
To access the Calendar View, click the Calendar View button.
Screen Actions
The buttons in the top left corner are used to set the format on how you want to view the calendar.
Monthly
Weekly
Daily
The buttons on the top right corner are used to:
Flip forwards or back by month
Filter by group
To view a summary of the calendar item, click on the Calendar Item.
On the item summary, click View Details to go to the details screen of the item.
