Bookings
To access the BOOKINGS screen: Go to the SALES menu → BOOKINGS screen
Bookings Summary:
All sales of products, services and retail products must be recorded on bookings.
The quantity of an item on a booking is deducted from your available inventory, making it easy to tell how much you have available to sell.
Pickups are used to record the inventory going to the customer; for products this can be done with scale tickets, totes or bags on the pickup and for services and retail products you just enter the quantity of product that the customer received.
Invoices can be generated at the booking or at the pickup level and can be emailed to customers directly through the booking.
All bookings are assigned a unique booking ID by the system at the time they are created.
PRE-REQUISITE: Before you can add your Bookings, you must first ensure that you have entered your Customer information.

Screen Actions
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Add Booking: Add a new customer booking.
Refresh: Refresh list of open bookings.
Download: A report that downloads the contents (with filters applied) of the screen to excel in csv format.
Toggle Filter: Search the list of bookings by booking status, customer, customer contact name, product and service.
Item Actions
In the list of Bookings you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
View Booking Details: View all of the booking details and add more products and services. You can also generate a customer pick up.
View Booking Confirmation: Generate a booking confirmation. The confirmation will show you a summary of products and services along with pricing for the customer booking.
Email Booking Confirmation: Email your customer a copy of their booking confirmation and copy yourself on the email.
View Changes: View a list of changes for the booking.
