Storage Locations
(Mobile)
To access the STORAGE LOCATIONS screen: Go to the INVENTORY menu → STORAGE LOCATIONS screen
Add and manage storage locations
Expand the Inventory menu, select Storage Locations.
In the Storage Locations page, you can:
Access filters through Toggle Filter.
Search Inventory Sites.
Search by Storage Location name.
Access Storage Location Details page.
Click on the Inventory Lot to view the Inventory Lot Details.
To search for a Storage Location, in the search bar you can search by Storage Location or Crop Type. Click Toggle Filter to access the Filters page.
Filter Storage Locations by:
Clean Status
By Use
By Ownership
Remove the checkmark to remove the filter from the search.
Click Apply Items to save the search.
To search or view by Inventory Sites, select a site from the drop-down menu.
You will then only see Storage Locations for the selected Inventory Site.
Storage location details actions
To access the Storage Location Details screen, click on the Storage Location in the Storage Locations screen.
In the Storage Locations Details screen, you can:
See Storage Details.
Adjust Inventory.
Transfer Bulk/bag Inventory.
Transfer Bulk to Tote.
Transfer with Scale Ticket.
Note: The list of options may vary depending on if it is bulk seed, bag seed, or totes.
See storage details
When See Storage Details is selected, the Storage Details screen will appear. Here you can see details of the Product and Lot.
Adjust inventory
When Adjust Inventory is selected, the Adjust Inventory screen will appear.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Date: The date that the adjustment was made.
Empty: Mark the location as empty or not.
Adjustment Quantity: You can enter (+) positive or (-) negative amounts.
Clean Status: Mark the amount adjusted as clean or unclean.
Comments: Record comments about the adjustment.
To make the adjustment, click Adjust.
Transfer bulk/bag inventory
When Transfer Bulk/Bag Inventory is selected, the Transfer Bulk/Bag Inventory screen will appear.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Date: Enter the date for which the transfer occurs.
Target Location: This is the location that the inventory will be going into.
Quantity: Enter the amount that you are transferring.
Unit of Measure: This is pre-set based on the unit of measure set
Comments: Enter any comments.
To complete the transfer, click Transfer.
Transfer bulk to tote
When Transfer Bulk to Tote is selected, the Transfer Bulk to Tote screen will appear.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Target Location: Select the appropriate target storage location.
Tote Settings: Select if this is a tote or a QBit.
Tote Size: Size of the tote per unit of measure.
Unit of Measure: This field is automatically populated based on the unit of measure of the source lot.
Tote Count: How many totes do you want to be created.
NOTE: This field will automatically populate if a value is entered in the quantity section.
Date: Enter the date the transfer occurs.
Quantity: Enter the amount that you are transferring.
Tote Unit of Measure: Enter the unit of measure for the totes.
Comments: Enter any desired comments
To complete the transfer, select Transfer.
Transfer with scale ticket
When Transfer with Scale Ticket is selected, the Transfer with Scale Ticket screen will appear.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Ticket Number: The ticket number for the scale ticket is auto-populated.
Driver in?: Select if the driver was in the truck during weighing.
Unit of Measure: Select kg or lb as the unit of measure to be displayed on the scale ticket.
Target Location: This is the location that the inventory will be going into.
Inbound Weight: The weight of the product upon receiving.
Outbound Weight: The weight of the empty truck/container the seed was delivered in.
Tare: The weight of the empty truck/container. (Automatically Calculated)
Gross: The total weight of seed and truck/container together. (Automatically Calculated)
Net: The total weight of the product only. (Automatically Calculated)
Comments: Record any comments related to the scale ticket or shipment or lot.
To complete the transfer, select Transfer.
