On the MySeed app, open the menu and navigate to the Partner Processors page.
Any partner processor managing your inventory via Seedtrakr will be listed here.
For more details, click the partner name or click the right-facing arrow.
Here, view partner processor details and a complete list of your inventory lots at this location.
Click the lot or the arrow to see more info and send requests to the seed processor.
Here you can view the inventory on hand, booked, and available to sell, the quality information if available, as well as the clean, unclean, and treated inventory values.
Scrolling down, you will see options to send processing requests, view processor requests, and download reports.
Click on Downloadable Reports to see all the reports that can be downloaded.
The possible reports to download include:
Remote Storage Locations Report
Report of Analysis
Lot Processing Report
Report of Analysis from 20/20 Seed Labs
Click on Send Processor Request to send a processing or shipment request.
The Send Request screen will appear. Enter all information for the request. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Request Type: Select the type of request being sent.
If the Request Type is Seed Cleaning, additional options will appear. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Request full unclean amount: Check this off if, instead of specifying a specific quantity to clean, the full unclean amount should be processed.
Quantity: Enter the quantity to process.
Unit of Measure: Enter the unit of measure for the requested quantity to process.
Processing Date: Enter the date to process inventory.
Comment: Enter any comments to be kept with the request.
When all the required information has been filled out, click Send to send the request to the processor.
Click on Send Processor Request to send a processing or shipment request.
The Send Request screen will appear. Enter all information for the request. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Request Type: Select the type of request being sent.
If the Request Type is Shipping, additional options will appear. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Unit of Measure: Select the unit of measure for the shipment.
Comment: Enter any comments to be kept with the request.
Shipping Info:
Consignee: Enter the consignee for the shipment.
Address: Enter the address for the consignee.
BOL#: Enter the BOL number.
Consignee Email: Enter the consignee's email.
Consignee Phone Number: Enter the consignee's phone number.
Comment: Enter any comments to be kept with the request.
When all the required information has been filled out, click Add to save the shipping request details.
The Shipment Request Details screen allows you to review your request and specify the exact inventory for the consignee's load.
To begin adding products, select Add Line Item.
The Add Shipment Request Line Item screen will appear. Enter all information for the product being shipped. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Lot: Select the lot that is being shipped.
Format: Select between totes, bag pallets, and bulk as option for the format of the inventory being shipped.
Quantity: Enter the Quantity being shipped.
Unit of Measure: Enter the unit of measure for the requested quantity to be shipped.
Treated Seed Only: Check this off if only treated seed should be shipped.
Clean Seed Only: Check this off if only cllean seed should be shipped.
When all the required information has been filled out, click Add to save the details of the inventory being shipped.
Returning to the Shipment Request Details screen, you can review your added products or include additional ones using the Add Line Item button.
Once the list is complete, click Send to submit the request to the processor.
To view all requests sent to a processor, click on the View Processor Requests button on a lot.
Or, open the menu and navigate to the Processor Requests page.
To add or remove the filters for the processor requests being shown, click on the filter button.
The filter options are:
Filter by Processor
Filter by Status
Filter by Lot
Filter by Type
To clear all filters, click on the Reset Filters button.
