Network Sharing Summary

NOTE: The Network feature requires Plus subscription or higher.

To access the Network Sharing Summary screen: Go to the Network menu → Network Sharing Summary screen

The Network Sharing Summary page is used to track "Lots Shared With Partners" and "Lots Shared With Me" for Distributors and Growers/Partners as well as "Sales/Royalty Sharing" for Growers/Partners.

Screen Actions

The tabs on the left side of the screen:

Lots Shared With Partners: Allows you to search your lots that are shared with Growers/Partners
Note: Partners can edit sharing by selecting a lot and using the "Edit Share Target" Action button
Lots Shared With Me: Allows you to search your shared crops.
Sales/Royalty Sharing Allows Growers/Partners to track how much Royalty is owed on each Inventory Lot
Note: this is only for Growers/Partners. You can also access "Inventory Lot Details" from this page.
Filter: By Crop Year, Variety, Pedigree, Shared From, Crop Cert., and Lot Number.
Note: this is defaulted to 2025 and 2026 crop years.

Item Actions

View Lot Details: Redirects you to the lot details page for the inventory lot.
View Contract Details: Redirects you to the associated contract if a contract is linked to the inventory lot.
