Add a Service

To access the SERVICES screen: Go to the PRODUCT MASTER menu → SERVICES screen

PRE-REQUISITE: If you are entering custom treating services, you must first enter your Seed Treatments.

Click Add Service.


The Service screen will appear where you can enter the details about the new service.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

  1. Name: Enter the name of the service.

  2. Description: Enter a description of the service.

  3. Active: This checkbox specifies if the service is active or not. By default it will be set to active.

  4. Service Type: Select a service type from the list.

  5. Crop Type: Select a crop type from the list (if applicable).

  6. Unit of Measure: Select a unit of measure for the service. This is the unit of measure that will be used on your invoices for this service.

  7. Standard Price: Enter your standard retail price for the service. You can change this at any time.

  8. GST Eligible: If selected, the service will have GST applied to it when sold.

  9. Sold By: Select which users have access to sell the service.

  10. External Sales Commission ($/): Enter a commission value for external sales users if they sell this service (if applicable).

To complete the service creation, click Save.

The service will now appear on the SERVICES page and is now available to be added to bookings.
