Cancel a Booking

To access the BOOKINGS screen: Go to the SALES menu BOOKINGS screen

Canceling Bookings Summary:

  • Bookings can be cancelled if there are no pickups that are in progress or posted and there are no payments, prepayments or credits on the booking.


Click View Booking Details on the Booking you want to cancel.

Click Cancel Booking.


Note: If you have any Work In Progress or Posted pickups, you will not be able to cancel the booking. Bookings also cannot be cancelled if they have unallocated prepayments, credits or non-cancelled invoices on them.

It will now confirm if you want to cancel the booking.

Click Yes, the booking is now cancelled.

Click No, you will be returned to the Booking Details screen.

The products on the booking will be returned to your inventory and your inventory availability will be increased accordingly (since they're no longer booked).
