CRM: Customer Statuses

Seedtrakr's CRM features are located in the customer details screen on customer accounts. To access the CUSTOMER DETAILS screen: Go to the SALES menu CUSTOMERS CUSTOMER DETAILS screen

The CUSTOMER STATUS feature allows you to set specific statuses on customer accounts and filter using them on the customers screen. Customer statuses included are prospect, customer, at risk, and priority.

Setting Customer Statuses

In the customer details screen, click Edit to set a customer status.

Locate the Status drop down menu, select from the available options the status that you want to set for the customer.

Click Save.

Filtering Customers By Status

To view customers with a specific customer status, click Sales, then select Customers to take you to the Customers Screen.

Click Toggle Filter to open the filtering options.

Using the Status filter select the status you want to view all customers for. Once selected only customers with the specified status will appear on the page.
