Close a Booking

To access the Bookings screen:  Go to the SALES menu    BOOKINGS screen

You cannot Close a Booking with pickups that are "Work in Progress" OR "Posted" and not Invoiced.

Locate the corresponding Customer's Booking.


Click View Booking Details.

Click Booking Invoice.

Click Close Bookings.

You will receive the following message, which allows you to confirm before proceeding to Close the Booking.

You will be asked to confirm Close Booking.

Click YES, the Booking is Closed.

Click NO, you are returned to the Booking Details window.
