Unlinking Inventory Lots & Seed Crop Records

INVENTORY LOTS and SEED CROP RECORDS can be unlinked from the seed crop field details page or the inventory lot details page.
NOTE : Only lots that were previously linked together using the link feature can be unlinked; lots created directly from seed crop records cannot be unlinked from that record.

Go to the SEED CROP FIELD DETAILS page for the record you want to unlink a lot from.
Click the Traceability tab to view all seed crop records the lot is linked to.
Find the lot you want to unlink and click the X button beside it.
Confirm that you want to unlink the seed crop record and inventory lot, click Yes.
The lot is then unlinked and is no longer displayed on the seed crop details page.

On the INVENTORY LOT DETAILS page for the lot you want to unlink a seed crop record from, open the Traceability tab and locate the seed crop record you want to unlink from the lot.
Click the X button beside the seed crop record.
Confirm that you want to unlink the seed crop record and inventory lot by clicking the Yes button.
The seed crop record is now unlinked and is no longer listed under the traceability tab on the inventory lot.
If the seed crop record that was removed was the only one on the lot, the traceability tab will no longer appear.
