Assigning External Sales users to Customer accounts (Non Brokers)
(Non Broker) External User Profiles Summary:
Non Broker External sales users must be assigned to customer accounts in order to access and create bookings for them.
These external sales users are able to be assigned to multiple customer accounts and can create their own customer accounts (which automatically get assigned to them).
Assigning External Sales Users to Customer Accounts
Go to the CUSTOMER DETAILS page for the customer that you want to assign to an external sales user, click Edit.
The Customer dialog will open. Click on the Roles, Options & Additional Information tab.
Check the Is External Sales Account? checkbox.
A Sales Person dropdown list will appear, use it to choose the external sales person that you want assigned to the account.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
Now when the external sales person logs in they will be able to see the customer on their customers page and add bookings for them.
