Products
To access the PRODUCTS screen: Go to the PRODUCT MASTER menu → PRODUCTS screen
Products Summary:
The PRODUCTS screen is used to manage/set up your product information.
Product availability and pricing can be viewed in various units of measure on this screen.

Screen Actions
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Add Product: Add a new product record.
Refresh: Refresh List of Products.
Report: Download the inventory by product report in PDF format.
Download: Choose from a list of reports to download in excel format:
Inventory By Product Report: A report of your inventory by each product.
Filtered Results Export: A report that downloads the contents (with filters applied) of the screen to excel in csv format.
Products and Services (Quickbooks): A report of all your products and services in the appropriate format to upload into quickbooks online.
Detailed Product Pricing: An excel file of all your products and detailed product pricing information. This can be used to bulk update your pricing information.
Graph: View a graph of your product inventory availability.
Import Detailed Pricing: Import the edited detailed product pricing excel file to update your prices.
Toggle Filter: Filter the product list by pedigree and crop type.
Item Actions
In the list of products you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
Edit: Edit your product values.
View Change Log: View a list of changes for the product item.
Book Sale for Product: Add a booking and add the selected product as a line item on the booking.
