To access the INVENTORY LOTS screen: Go to the INVENTORY menu → INVENTORY LOTS screen
Expand the Inventory menu, select Inventory Lots.
On the Inventory Lots page, you can:
Filter/View customers by owing balance, credit, no balance, and active.
Search by customer name.
Click on the Inventory Lot to view the Inventory Lot Details.
To search for an Inventory Lot, type in lot information in the search bar or click Toggle Filter.
Filter Inventory Lots by:
Availability
Ownership
Remove the checkmark to remove the filter from the search.
Click Apply Items to save the search.
To view the Inventory Lot Details, click on the Inventory Lot.
On the Inventory Lot Details screen, you can:
View Quality.
View Lot Quantities -Purchased, On Hand, Booked, and Available.
View and access Storage Locations/Storage Location Details.
Add/Receive Bulk/Bag Inventory.
Add/Receive Inventory with Scale Ticket
To access the Storage Location Details screen, click on the Storage Location in the Inventory Lot Details screen.
In the Storage Locations Details screen, you can:
See Storage Details.
Adjust Inventory.
Transfer Bulk/bag Inventory.
Transfer Bulk to Tote.
Transfer with Scale Ticket.
To add inventory from the Inventory Lot Details page, click +Receive Bulk/Bag Inventory.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Quantity: Enter the quantity you received.
Unit of Measure: Select the unit of measure that you are receiving the inventory with.
Clean/Unclean: Select this if the inventory you are receiving is unclean.
Target Location: Select the storage location for where the receiving is to go.
Comment: Enter any comments.
Click Receive to complete the inventory receiving.
The new inventory will be added to the on hand & available lot quantities and the quantity in the storage location will be updated.
To add inventory with scale ticket from the Inventory Lot Details page, click +Receive Inventory with Scale Ticket.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Ticket Number: Enter the scale ticket #.
Note: This field may already be populated if you have Auto Scale Ticket # configured in your company settings.
Is the driver in the truck?: Check the checkbox to indicate whether or not the driver was in the truck at the time the scale reading was taken.
In the inventory clean?: Check the checkbox to indicate whether or not the inventory is clean.
Unit of measure: Select between Kg or Lbs for the scale ticket unit of measure.
Target Location: Select the storage location for where the receiving is to go.
Inbound Weight: Enter the weight of the empty truck.
Outbound Weight: Enter the weight of the full truck.
Comment: Enter any comments.
Tare, Gross & Net will automatically calculate according to the weights you enter.
Click Receive to complete the inventory receiving.
The new inventory will be added to the on hand & available lot quantities and the quantity in the storage location will be updated.
