Adding Products, Services & Retail Products to Bookings (Mobile)

To add PRODUCTS & SERVICES:  Go to the SALES menu BOOKINGS screen

Navigate to the Bookings Screen

Expand the Sales menu, click Bookings.





Adding products/services/retail products to existing bookings

On the Bookings page, select the customer whose booking you want to add to.


On the Customer Details page, select the booking you need to add a product, service or retail product to.



On the Booking Details page,  you can:

To add a Product to the booking, select Product then click  +.


On the Add New Product Line to Booking page, enter the product details.  All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Click Add, to save the product on the booking.  The addition can be seen on the Booking Details page.

To add a Service to the booking, select Service then click  +.


On the Add New Service Line to Booking page, enter the service details All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Click Add Service, to save the service on the booking.  The addition can be seen on the Booking Details page.

To add a Retail Product to the booking, select Retail Product then click  +.


On the Add New Retail Product to Booking page, enter the retail product details All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Click Add, to save the retail product on the booking.  The addition can be seen on the Booking Details page.
