Adding Seeding Rates To Booking Line Items

To begin adding a seeding rate to a booking line item, click Seeding Rate then select Add/Edit Seeding Rate.

The Add Seeding Rate screen will appear where you can enter the details to calculate your seeding rates.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

1. Product: This shows the product that's booked on the line item. This cannot be changed.

2. Lot:

• If the line item is booked for a specific lot, this will show that lot and fetch the quality attributes from it (if any exist) and display them in the TKW, Germination and Mortality fields below. The lot cannot be changed.

• If the line item is booked for a product, without a specific lot you can choose a lot that matches the product and the quality attributes from it (if any exist) will be displayed in the TKW, Germination and Mortality fields below.

3. Plant Density: Plant density can be entered as a single number or as a range of numbers. This can be entered per Sq.ft or per Sq.m.

• If you want to enter a single plant density, enter it in this field.

If you want to enter a range of plant densities, check the Plant Density Range checkbox and enter the start and end values for the range.

To edit existing seeding rates on booking line items, click the Seeding Rate button then select Add/Edit Seeding Rate from the menu that appears.

On this screen you can add do the following:

1. Add additional plant densities to calculate additional seeding rates.

2. Remove individual seeding rates using the X beside them, under the actions column.

3. Clear all seeding rates for the line item using the Clear button.

Once the changes are complete, click Save.

To delete all seeding rate information from a booking line item, click Seeding Rate then select Delete Seeding Rates.

Once completed, all seeding rate information previously saved on the line item will be cleared.

There are two options for downloading seeding rate information:

1. Downloading PDFs for individual line items.

2. Downloading a PDF for the entire booking that shows seeding rates for each line item that has seeding rates on them.
