How to View Lot Processing Details
To access the LOT PROCESSING screen: Go to the PRODUCTION menu → LOT PROCESSING screen
You will see a summary at the top of the page. This will show you the lot number, customer (if applicable), processing date, cleaning plant used, total dirty, total clean, total screenings, total fan loss and the processing record status.
Click View Lot Processing Details.
In this screen you can view all Scale tickets and totals for the Lot Processing Record.
Viewing Processing Records In Bushels
By default, lot processing totals will appear in the lot unit of measure. If the lot is set up in units (for Soybeans or Hybrid Rye) you can also show the processing totals in bushels by checking the View Lot In Bushels button.
On the Lot Processing Details screen for a lot set up in units, click View Lot In Bushels. This will convert the totals (currently shown in units) to bushels.
Bushel amounts can also be displayed in addition to units on the lot processing report.
Click the Report button to get the report in PDF format or Download to get the report in Excel format.
A window will appear where you can decide if you want to see bushel amounts on the report in addition to units.
