Remote Inventory

Remote storage location can be viewed under the storage location tab. They can be identified using the green sprout.

You can also filter for remote storage location by using the "Is remote" storage filter. 

Remote Storage Location Actions

The buttons in the actions column:

• Edit Storage Location:  Remote storage locations cannot be manipulated, this feature is disabled.

• View Changes:  View any changes to the storage location.

• View Movements:  View movements associated with the storage location.

• Download Movements Report in PDf: Download the movements report as a pdf

• Adjust Inventory: Remote storage locations cannot be manipulated, this feature is disabled.

• Pick up from this storage location: Remote storage locations cannot be manipulated, this feature is disabled.

• Apply treatment: Remote storage locations cannot be manipulated, this feature is disabled.

• Transfer inventory: Remote storage locations cannot be manipulated, this feature is disabled.

You can also filter for remote inventory lots by using the "Is remote" filter. 

Remote inventory lots, are harvest lots created from shipped seed.

Remote Inventory Lot Actions

The buttons in the actions column:

• Inventory Lot Details:  Remote storage locations cannot be manipulated, this feature is disabled.

• View Changes:  View any changes to the inventory lot.

• View Movements:  View movements associated with the inventory lot.

• View File Attachments: View file attachments of the inventory lot. 

To view remote inventory lot details, click View Lot Details Button.

In the remote lot details, you can view the following inventory:

• On Hand

• Clean

• Dirty

• Treated

• Booked

• Available

If a partner updates their inventory amounts, those changes will automatically be reflected in the remote inventory lot.

To see other action for remote inventory lots, click more actions

On remote inventory lots you can:

• Changes: View changes to the remote inventory lot

• Movements: View movements for the inventory lots.

• Attachments: View/add attachments.

• Add Shipment Request: Add a shipment request for the selected inventory lot.

• Add Lot Processing: Add lot processing request for selected inventory lot.

• Other options under more action are disabled as manipulation on remote inventory is forbidden.
