Cancel a Booking (Mobile)
To add a BOOKING: Go to the SALES menu → BOOKINGS screen
Canceling Bookings Summary:
Bookings can be cancelled if there are no pickups that are in progress or posted and there are no payments, prepayments or credits on the booking.
Navigate to the booking details screen.
Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner, then click cancel.
It will now confirm if you want to remove the booking.
Click Remove, the booking is now cancelled.
Click Cancel, you will be returned to the Booking Details screen.
The products on the booking will be returned to your inventory and your inventory availability will be increased accordingly (since they're no longer booked).
