Adding Scale Tickets, Totes, or Bag Pallets to Pickups

To access the PICKUP DETAILS screen: From the BOOKING DETAILS screen go to the BOOKING PICKUPS tab → VIEW PICKUP DETAILS

On the PICKUP DETAILS screen, click on the product that you want to pick up.

The option to add a scale ticket or tote to the pickup will appear.

To add a scale ticket, click Add Scale Ticket.

To add a tote, click Add Totes To Pickup.

To add a bag pallet, click Add Bag Pallets To Pickup

Adding Scale Tickets To Pickups

After clicking Add Scale Ticket (as shown above) the Scale Ticket Entry window will appear.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

Source Location: Select the location to pickup inventory from.
Ticket #: Enter the scale ticket #.

Note: This field may already be populated if you have Auto Scale Ticket # configured in your company settings.

Unit of Measure: Select between Kg or Lbs for the scale ticket unit of measure.
Driver In?: Check the checkbox to indicate whether or not the driver was in the truck at the time the scale reading was taken.
Inbound Weight: Enter the weight of the empty truck.
Outbound Weight: Enter the weight of the full truck.

Tare, Gross & Net will automatically calculate according to the weights you enter. When you're finished entering the ticket details, click Save.

The scale ticket now appears under the scale ticket section for that product. You can add as many scale tickets as needed until the pickup is complete.

Adding Totes To Pickups

After clicking Add Totes To Pickup (as shown above) the Select Totes For Pickup window will appear.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

Source Location: Select the tote location to pick up inventory from.
Quantity: How much inventory is being picked up.

Note: This automatically calculates when totes are selected, no input required.

Unit of Measure: Totes unit of measure.

Note: This defaults to the lot UoM, no input is required.

Comments: Add comments to the pickup if needed.
Select Totes To Pickup: Select the totes to be picked up. Click and drag to highlight the totes, or hold the 'ctrl' button on your keyboard and click on each tote to be picked up.

When all the necessary totes are highlighted, click Save.

The totes now appear under the totes section of the product. You can add as many totes to the pickup as needed.

Adding Bag Pallets To Pickups

After clicking Add Bag Pallets To Pickup (as shown above) the Select Bag Pallets For Pickup window will appear.

Fields appearing in Pink are Mandatory, and must be entered.

Source Location: Select the bag pallet location to pick up inventory from.
Quantity: How much inventory is being picked up.

Note: This automatically calculates when bag pallets are selected, no input is required.

Unit of Measure: Bag Pallets unit of measure.

Note: This defaults to the lot UoM, no input is required.
