Quickbooks Sync Logs
To access the QUICKBOOKS SYNC LOG page: Go to the ADMIN menu → QUICKBOOKS SYNC LOG
QuickBooks Sync Log Summary
The QuickBooks sync log page allows you to view what data has been synced to QuickBooks from Seedtrakr.
You can view the time the sync occurred, the type of sync, the details about what was synced and the Seedtrakr user that initiated the sync.
Opening QuickBooks Sync Logs
Navigate to the Admin button at the top of the webpage.
Select QuickBooks Sync Log from the drop down list.
Your QuickBooks Sync Logs page will now open. Here you can see the following information about Sync's to QuickBooks:
Timestamp: This is the time the sync happened.
Type: This is the type of QuickBooks sync that occurred.
Details: Details of the type of sync, the QuickBooks id associated with the synced item, and the customer /product /service /invoice that was synced.
User: The user who synced the item to QuickBooks.
