Active Pickups
To access the ACTIVE PICKUPS screen: Go to the SALES menu → ACTIVE PICKUPS screen
The ACTIVE PICKUPS screen was designed to provide you a view of all active booking pick ups. If a pick up is active, that means that the customer pick up has not yet been invoiced. This will help you easily keep track of customer pick ups that still need to be dealt with!

Screen Actions
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Refresh: Refresh the list of active pick ups.
Active Pickups Report: View an HTML report that includes all active pick ups.
Download:
Active Pickups Report Excel: View an excel report that includes all active pick ups.
Filtered Results Export: A report that downloads the contents (with filters applied) of the screen to excel in csv format.
Toggle Filter: Search a list of active pick ups by customer, product and service.
Item Actions
In the list of Active Pickups, you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
View Pick Up Details: View the details for the active pick up item.
View Pick Up Receipt: View or print a copy of the pick up receipt. Includes the total pick up amount and scale ticket values.
View Changes: View a list of changes for the pick up.
