Work Orders
To access the WORK ORDERS screen: Go to the PRODUCTION menu → WORK ORDERS screen
Work Orders Summary:
Work orders allow tasks to be assigned to users and the status of the work order can be viewed & tracked in Seedtrakr.
Work orders can be created by users with the Company Admin or Yard Manager role to assign tasks to users.
Users with the Internal Sales or Yard Staff role can view the work orders page but will only see the work orders assigned to them. They cannot add or edit work orders, they can only update the status on them.
When a work order's status is updated to On Hold, Completed or Cancelled, a comment is required to finish updating the status.
On Hold work orders are highlighted in red in the work orders list.
Screen Actions
The buttons in the top right corner are used to:
Add Work Order: Add a new work order.
Refresh: Refresh the list of
Toggle Filter: Search & filter the list of work orders by ID, who created them, assignee, type, priority, status and due date.
Item Actions
In the list of Bookings you can select an individual item and perform the following actions:
Edit Work Order: Make changes to an existing work order.
Update Status: Update the status of the work order.
Download Work Order PDF: Download the details of the work order in PDF format.
View Changes: View a list of changes for that have been made to the work order.
